Questions about the price

Is there a charge per user or per driver?

No. Office users and drivers are unlimited. Transport operators pay £25 a month for the company and £1 a month for each vehicle.

Is anything limited?

Only what costs us money each time it is used, and only up to an amount that grows with your fleet: emails sent from the platform, documents read by the AI, questions to the assistant and storage. With 5 lorries that is 300 emails, 200 documents read, 550 questions and 10 GB a month. If you go over, we talk to you first and never charge anything you have not agreed to. The Terms have the full table.

Do trailers count as vehicles?

Only the trailers beyond the number of lorries you have. With 10 lorries and 14 trailers, you pay for 10 lorries and 4 trailers: £25 + £14, so £39 a month.

Is the first month really free?

Yes, on both plans: the first month costs nothing.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. All prices exclude VAT.

Can the price go up?

Only if what the platform costs us to run goes up: hosting, the database, the AI and email. We tell you by email at least 30 days before, and you can cancel before the new price applies. See the Terms.

Does my garage have to pay?

Not when you invite them. A garage looking after an operator's vehicles on Amarine uses the workshop portal for free. The £20 workshop plan is for garages who want it for their own customers.
